How it Works ?

Organic Corporate India ( R ) is an ambitious project of Manasa Group with a vision to become the largest sandalwood producer in India. Initially we are launching our projects at different places of Karnataka and in different states afterwords.
You Invest
The company forms an ultra modern Residential Layout. You can choose your site .The site will be registered immediately after the full payment. the risk is cleared. Later you lease back the land to us for cultivation.
We cultivate
On your leased out land; we do sandalwood cultivation legitimately by adopting latest scientific methods for a period of 15 years and return your site after reforming the layout as per approved plan.
Shore Profits
At the end of the harvest period of 15 years which may go an year this way or that way, the profit earned will be shared between the owners and the company on a ratio of 50 : 50.

Theme of the Project
The owner of the land Organic Corporate India takes the responsibility of complete scientific and Legitimate development of Sandalwood Cultivation from plantation to harvest for 15 years.
In the multiples of a minimum of 5445 Sft (approx 60’x90’) ie 5 Guntas of land is offered to the Investors and land will be registered in their name immediately after the complete payment. No restriction on the Purchase of exra no. of units.
After Registration buyer gives back the land on Non-revocable 15 years lease for Sandalwood Cultivation and the company takes up the responsibility.
The net profit earned by marketing the Sandalwood after 15 years is shared in the ratio of 50 : 50. After harvestment Land will be converted as the pre-planned residential Layout and returned back along with the share of profit.

Easy Investment Plan

Minimum investment will be for 5445 Sft ie 5 Guntas ( Approx 60’x90’ site)
The Minimum lease period is 15 years. Depending upon the Institute of wood science & Technology, the authority to give cutting order, this term may or may not extend which depends on the accumulation of perfect oil content in the tree.
Investors with long time expectations are welcome, as the returns is worth waiting till then compared to the meager returns of all other deposits .
A min. of 3 times on the Land appreciation and 3 times from the 50% share may be comfortably expected as our experience goes.
the Govt.of Karnataka being our customer the entire accounting is transparent, legitimate and fool proof.
Entire development will be exclusively managed by the returns of the host plants.
The Investors may have to share a bit if there is any contingency with Nature’s Fury which is not certain.
